The Digitalism Pro AI Phone Assistant text messaging program (“Program”) is operated by Digitalism Pro, 1801 SW 3rd Ave, Miami, FL 33129, on behalf of the businesses it serves, including Copper Blues Rock Pub & Kitchen. When you call a participating business and our AI phone assistant answers, the assistant may offer to text you a link that you ask for, such as a reservation, event, or purchase link.

How you opt in

You opt in verbally during the call. The assistant asks whether you would like a link sent by text, and we send the text only if you clearly agree. The text goes only to the number you are calling from. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or reservation.

Types of messages and frequency

We send one text message for each request you make, containing the link you asked for. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this Program. Message frequency depends on how often you ask us to send a link.
